Mr. Ren used to be a senior legal Manager for Shanghai Peng Xin Real Estate Co.,Ltd., dealing with legal affairs, such as financing, real estate, commercial complex, listed companies, hotels, construction projects, PPP projects and so on.

Mr. Ren has rich experiences in litigation and non-litigation, he provided legal services for many institutions, such as the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the Bank of Chinaand etc..
